Microsoft® Exchange Server Enterprise Version 2003

  • Microsoft® Exchange Server Enterprise version 2003 Right to Office Live Communications Server for Exchange Software Assurance customers
For each Exchange Server Enterprise edition license a customer has enrolled in upgrade protection (UA/SA/EA) by October 1, 2003, the customer will be deemed to have one license for Office Live Communications Server Standard Edition (LCS). Access of LCS under that license will be governed by the terms and conditions of the customer’s license agreement and the product use rights for LCS. Additionally, customers will be deemed to have SA coverage on LCS licenses granted under this offer. Such coverage will expire upon expiration of coverage on the corresponding Exchange Server license. Customers will be able to renew SA for LCS separately at the end of the initial coverage. That is, if customers: renew their agreement after October 1, 2003, do not include SA coverage on their granted LCS licenses, and do not otherwise renew their LCS coverage, they no longer have upgrade protection for LCS.
