The Product Use Rights (PUR) document is produced quarterly and provides information about the use rights for products currently offered under Microsoft Volume Licensing programs.

Please read all the information on this page before using the drop down box on the Home Page to find specific product information.

PUR Details

Using the drop down box located on the Home Page, you will be directed to a Web page with product information for a specific product group. You will have links to the following PUR information:

	Exceptions and Additional Terms for Particular Products (per product category)

Note: Not all software and products may have Exceptions and Additional Terms, per product category.

For specific details for a particular product, and how that product may be deployed and used, customers should review all parts of the PUR relevant to the Microsoft software or product they are interested in to help ensure their compliance with those terms.

Please remember: The terms and conditions of your volume license agreement, and the product use rights documented in that agreement, govern your use of products licensed from Microsoft. While we have endeavored to facilitate your access to and understanding of the product use rights through this online tool, your use of this site should not serve as a substitute for reading and understanding your volume license agreement. We will work to keep the contents of this site consistent with the governing volume license documentation, but in the case of conflicting content, you should refer to the terms and conditions of your agreement.
